Our new Integraph represents a plasma cutting system with CNC technology and has been designed as an all-in-one solution for automated cutting processes. The compact system is delivered in one piece and ready for operation after a short installation period.
The light structure of the torsion-resistant aluminum gantry allows for positioning speeds of up to 60,000 mm/min. High positioning accuracy and cutting precision are ensured by the double rack and pinion drive with brushless AC motors.
The integrated cutting table is provided with a exhaust equipment with ventilation flap control.
The newly developed INTX NC control system allows for facilitated operation via the unique KOIKE userinterface. Data transmission is achieved by network, PC card or USB. The interface is fitted with onboard CAD/CAM functionality.
